Good Real Estate Attorney/Accountant

Good morning,

I am looking for suggestions for a good and knowledgeable attorney and accountant who could help answer some questions I have going into my first deal. I want to know about setting up an LLC and when to do it, and also how to maximize the tax benefits of owning rental real estate. If anyone could recommend me to a good POC, I would greatly appreciate it.
