House Price v. Covid19

The house price starts dropping now in MA due to the virus, but I did not see huge drop. I am interested in investing in Boston and Metro West area. How much % do you think the house price will drop? Which areas will get the most hit? Which areas will be potential areas to invest in the near future? Thank you.
