Massachusetts Brokerage Formation
Hi everyone. I have recently submitted our docs to the state of Massachusetts and am waiting for approval on my Brokerage formation. The website says 10 days but that has come and gone. Has anyone recently filed for a real estate brokerage or have any insight to the timeline for getting approval?
