I'm looking for advice from people already in the investing in the Saginaw Bay City area.  I'm ready to get into the market but would like to know how the market is in this area. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know this is old but how is the  48602 area these day? and How do you think it will be in the next 5-10 yrs (I know kind of magic ball opinion but probably still helpful)?
