Hi,

I am looking for 2-3 reccomendations for GC's you have personally worked with in the area, we are landlords who are looking at purchasing less-than-turnkey properties for less-than-retail prices and are shopping for GC's to partner with.

Paul,  I actually have a crew that does everything.  the one thing I was missing was a cleaning person.  lol
