Investing in southwest Michigan
Hello BP - I'm looking to invest in around the Saint Joseph, MI area. I welcome the opportunity to partnering with or work on deals for more experienced investors as a way to learn more.
My goal is to gain footing in multi-families (at or below 6 doors), which are harder to come by in that market. That said, I am somewhat open to single families in the interim.

What is it about that area that you like? We go camping in that area. It's a great corner of the state close to Chicago with nice beaches.
