Any investors in Flint?
I have a non-performing note on a house in Flint and the owner will be signing a DIL. I cant really give out the address quite yet, but it's on the NE side of town, 860sf, 2 bed 1 bath. Not sure of the condition yet, but I'll want to sell it quick. I can either offer some really easy seller financing terms or a low cash price to get it done. I dont have anything else going on in that area so it doesnt make sense for me to hold it or to fix it up and sell it. If anybody would be interested, or know someone that would be, let me know and we can discuss more details.
