Looking for Lansing area broker

My wife has expressed interest in getting licensed as a real estate agent. She would work very lightly, part time for the next 3 years before ramping things up into more of a full-time business. Of course, she also would be the agent in any deals we do as investors. How can she go about finding a broker for a mutually beneficial business relationship where she could hang her license? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!
