Twin Cities Real Estate Agent wanted
I'm an investor looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Twin Cities area for a long term working relationship. I need someone honest, hard working, and with an open mind to creative (ethical) investing styles. A lot of experience is not necessary, though I must stress if you are not open minded to trying different approaches to an investment scenario please lets not waste each others time.
Oh and the desire to make money is a plus. To show my commitment to our working relationship, I am offering, (per signed contract) 10% of the profit from every deal upon closing.
