Looking for a CPA with REI experience, preferably not too far from the St. Cloud area. Trying to learn more and need help navigating the tax implications for various options like SDIRA, 1031, etc.
Thanks for any recommendations!

@John Woodrich is in Minneapolis, not that far from you. There are also many here on BP that work remotely like @Daniel Hyman ...but this time of year may not be the best time to be reaching out to CPAs...perhaps ask again in two weeks.
Good luck @Jeremy Dockendorf !

@Yonah Weiss thanks! Certainly a good point about the timing. Just trying to get my info now for future use.

@Jeremy Dockendorf I used to work for a St. Cloud public accounting firm in the real estate group and can make an introduction to a CPA and RE investor.

@Yonah Weiss thanks for the recommendation. I work in the cities but we have an office in STC. I work with a handful of clients out of that office. They essentially drop there information off there and it gets scanned to me.
@Jeremy Dockendorf Definitely not taking on any clients for 4/15 but feel free to reach out after if you would like to talk.
