Hello, I'm located in the Twin Cities and new to wholesale real estate. I have a purchase agreement and an assignment contract, and I'm curious whether or not my documents are sufficient for Minnesota and the metro area. Where can I go and who could I talk to?

@Brad Schaeppi is an expert and was setting up a forms subscription but not sure if he works with wholesalers.  I would recommend you go to a couple networking events to connect with wholesalers and see who they use.
