Hello Everyone,
My name is Xavier Marin. I am a out of state buy and hold investor in Tennessee and relocated to the Twin Cities last summer. I am currently renting an apartment near downtown Minneapolis and I am looking to purchase a multifamily w/a 5% owner occupant loan or potentially using a 203k loan to purchase a single family home to add value. I am mainly focused in St. Louis Park, Edina and South Minneapolis Area. I am looking to connect with any investors that are house hacking in the Twin Cities, Wholesalers, and Lenders.
