sorry let me continue. some areas I like are alot. My personal fav is a small part of 63112 and a small part of 61306 and 07 which is starting to appreciate. I have a 2 fam in 63116 its a B C class neighborhood. I really check for multiple fam and the city has a lot of them. There plenty of good areas to invest in,to many to name.
