Client looking to invest in LV
Hey there Nevada Investors! I'm working with a client based out of Indianapolis that is interested in the Las Vegas market for obvious reasons. Ideally they're interested in a small turn key opportunity that would allow them to operate a short term rental business while also utilizing the space personally for vacation - great idea right?!
I'm hearing mixed messages on the ability to run AirBNB out of some of these properties. Could you folks point me in the right direction to some contacts I can discuss this with and find a property?
