Need New NH Management Company for ~137 unit complex
Our management company just went through a merger and is not really working out for our condo complex. Looking to see what some other options might be to manage our size complex (~137 units) in the lakes region. Any referrals or recommendations are appreciated. Also any advice on what to look for in new management company would be great. Thanks!
