NJ - ADU / Tiny Houses
It would greatly interest me to put what is known as "tiny houses" 3-4 side by side duplex style on a piece of land and rent them out.
Not on wheels, but permanent structures with foundations. The problem is I don't think this is allowed in NJ as of yet, anywhere.
I'd also like to potentially partner with people in a scenario like this, perhaps even on a larger scale.
I welcome anyone's thoughts.
