Looking to do my first 1031 exchange.  I called one company and they charge $850 for exchange and purchase of one property.  Is this a good price? I have no idea what the expected range is.  Thanks,

Hi @Alan Berlin, I hope I am not too late to help you out.  I work for Exchange Resources, Inc.  We charge $750 for a delayed exchange.  We protect you with a bond, insurance, and a separate bank account exclusive to your transaction (We do not commingle funds). Please let me know if you need any additional information, regardless of who you decide to use.
