Wholesaling with a Double Closing
Hello, ive been reading up on wholesaling but there is one concept that just isn't sticking in my head correctly. Im confused on when doing a double closing how it is it possible to sell the house your are purchasing on the same day, meaning that before i purchase this property i have to find a buyer for this property, correct? How would the buyer see the house? Without knowing i haven't purchased it yet?
