General Contractor recommendation needed

I am looking to find a general contractor for a rehab of a commercial property in Paulsboro, New Jersey (08066) neighborhood.  This is closer to Philadelphia/Wilmington, DE area.

Rehab mostly includes roofing, parking lot, minor exterior, plumbing and interior cosmetic.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
