Looking for experience
Greetings everyone:
I am currently under employed (that just means I have more than enough free time) and looking forward to my real estate salesperson course starting in May. I have attended a few REIA meetings in my area and listen to Biggerpockets podcast religiously. I come from a criminal law background and recently downsized my business due to the bail reform that was passed in January. I am also a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, but have a huge passion for real estate. My main reason for posting this is that I need real estate experience and maybe I can serve as a property manager on a small scale to anyone who needs one in any part of NJ. Thank you so much for reading. Looking forward to all kinds of advice.
