Looking for Oil Tank Inspector - Through Concrete

Hi!

Does anyone have a recommendation for an oil tank inspector who has the equipment to scan through concrete with rebar? I suspect an oil tank under a concrete pad that has reinforcement bars. The equipment of the company I spoke to can't go through the rebar concrete. The property is located in East Orange, NJ.

Any recommendations are highly appreciated!
