HI!  We're doing our first major rehab on the multi-family we currently reside in, and I'm looking for suggestions/referrals (or, warnings) for a general contractor.  I'll gladly accept sub-contractor recommendations if there are any you feel strongly about as well.

We are in Point Pleasant, NJ and looking to put on an addition, remodel kitchen, and remodel/add bathrooms.
