Newark closing without Certificate of Occupancy
Does anyone have experience closing without a certificate of occupancy / CCC in Newark New Jersey? I've been told that it can't be done and I've also been told that it can be done, but with a fine. I had a temporary CCC which just expired and closing is soon- before another can be issued. Does anyone have any idea whether that fine is related to the cost of the property? Thanks!
