Spiral staircase Removal

Dear BP Members,

My wife and are completing a major rehab in Jersey City downtown and want to replace the metal spiral staircase with a wooden staircase. Could anyone refer a contractor/company from New Jersey, Jersey City, New York City that is able to remove the staircase?
