A bit of a drive for you but you can check out rta cabinets in Conshohocken. They have a large online presence.

if you want a contemporary look IKEA has a couple of great models, just using different handles or even change some doors and you will have a great kitchen look for not much money.

counters make the big difference some times.

Installed RTA Cabinets in my duplex in 2015.  They are holding up great so far and look and feel like our 20K + cabinets in our house.  I purchased them at http://www.lilyanncabinets.com/.

Ikea has a very decent, affordable selection.   You can measure your space, use their kitchen planning tool, and fully customize your solution.  Order online (i think) and pick up in store or have it delivered for $59.

I get from RTA Wood Cabinets they have a nice selection, they also offer the cabinets assembled, very quick turnaround,  I like to use the Luxor white shaker or Espresso for cheap flips, it has the basic glides and hinges, it looks amazing and its priced out really well, here is a picture of a recent job. It ships from NJ.

We still get our kitchen cabinets from Home Depot. When you buy in bulk or use your Home Depot pro card, you get a good discount.

I had a good experience with RTA Cabinets outside Philly. While I did go to their showroom, I ended up ordering everything online. They also have occasional sales on holiday weekends.

The quality is great, real plywood boxes, and about half the price of the big box store cabinets. The only downside is that you assemble them, but the extra 20 minutes per cabinet is still worth the price.

Interesting. What is the level of discount you get ?

I have been shopping around and I found HomeDepot to be way way too expensive.
The cabinet you for 12k at HomeDepot, you could get them from 7k with some other kitchen cabinet distributors.
The quote at HomeDepot was without the discount.

I know an investor from Morris county who actually buys them directly from out of the country and imports it into his warehouse in Jersey (he does lots of flips). If there's a lot of interest on BP, I can reach out to him and see if he's willing to sell @ wholesale prices. PM if anyone has interest!

Second the vote for Regal in Passaic. They specifically work with investors, they will make sure you get the level/price you want, and their service is great.

We've been using Regal Kitchens for years out of Passaic.  They have different levels of cabinets depending upon your budget.  @Benjamin Hirsch .   Check out Ben's profile here.  His contact info will be there.

We used Solid Wood Cabinets in Woodbridge for our rental remodel a few years ago. We were able to install the cabinets ourselves and they look great.

I recently did a rehab on my own house and found that most of the cabinet “depots” that advertise wholesale prices are actually selling the same few brands of cabinets. We ended up getting the cabinets from luxcraft cabinets on rt 23 in Pompton Plains. The brand of cabinet we went with was fabuwood, but they have ones that are cheaper or more expensive depending on how well the cabinets are built and your budget. We ended up at Luxcraft because the person who helped us, Nick, was very transparent and willing to work with us to find the best cabinets for our budget.

We have also used Pugliese and they have a good selection at various price points.  They have kitchen planners that will work with your layout and give you a comprehensive P.O. to break down exactly what you're paying for.
