North New Jersey Investor
Hello everyone, my name Alex and I'm new to Real Estate investing. I'm currently looking in the North Jersey Area(preferably Bergen County but open to other areas nearby) I currently work full time as an Electrical Engineer and would like to start real estate investing! My goal is to Househack on my first deal. Is there anyone who currently invests in this market that'd be willing to help a newbie out? Or recommend an experienced agent, lender?
My credit score is over 750, I have zero debt and save about 60k for my first purchase.
