Looking for agent in South Jersey

Good Morning BP,

I'm a new Investor and have been researching potential markets to start my Journey. I live in NYC which is a bit pricey for me, so need to look elsewhere. As a new investor, I don't want to go too long distance at first, so I found some areas in South and central Jersey that looked like they have potential. Ive been researching listings/market data, and have come across a few candidate properties, and would like to make some contacts with RE Agents with experience in those markets who can help me find the right property. Thanks in Advance.

-Mike

I live in south jersey and I’m getting my real estate license this week. I might not be what you are looking for because I am so new. But either way I would love to connect with you.  I’m also looking for my first deal as an investor. Are you looking to do flips or buy and hold?

My long term goal is Buy and Hold, however for my first deal, on the advice of a friend with a little  experience (who I am Likely going to partner with) suggest I find a property and flip it to gain some experience with acquisition, dealing with contractors, selling etc, and a good flip deal, should also end up BRRRRable if we ended up wanting to hold it.
