Looking for agent in South Jersey

Good Morning BP,

I'm a new Investor and have been researching potential markets to start my Journey. I live in NYC which is a bit pricey for me, so need to look elsewhere. As a new investor, I don't want to go too long distance at first, so I found some areas in South and central Jersey that looked like they have potential. Ive been researching listings/market data, and have come across a few candidate properties, and would like to make some contacts with RE Agents with experience in those markets who can help me find the right property.
