Is now a good time to buy a rental place? Has anyone recently bought a place and rented it? Are people looking to move at this time?
I'm looking to purchase my first deal but with everything going on with COVID and all, I'm not sure if it's a good time or not. I don't want to have to sit on it being vacant for a while.
Does anyone have any insight on this?
