Hi I am looking at Skaneateles new york as an area to start investing. I am currently in the middle of a divorce here in NJ and will have about $100,000 cash at some point. I am interested in buying properties that need work , doing the work and then reselling at a profit. Is anyone here involved in these types of deals and possibly in the greater syracuse area?
