Everyone is talking about how bad the market is. I agree that most of the country is struggling, but here our sales were actually up by 15% last year. There are so many good investment properties here you will want to buy 10 or more. I would like to stress how very important it is to first find out what exactly what to excpect first. Rochester has certian rental criterias that need to be met to avoid any fines. Choose an agent that will protect you, the buyer!
