Buffalo, NY, investment properties

Hi There,

  I'm a Canadian thinking about investing in Buffalo, Ny investment properties. Multifamilie and Single Familie. I think both have pro's and Con's.

  I've been researching the city and surrounding areas and I'm planning a trip there at the end of August.

Anyone have any advice or thoughts?

I'm also looking for good connections.

 Also which neighbourhoods? As mentioned I have been studying, but I would love to hear your points of view
