New York Realtor Referral
Hi, I'm looking to purchase my first rental property within the next 1-2 months and am wondering if anyone can recommend an investor-friendly realtor familiar with the Bronx/Westchester County area?
I already have properties in mind and have analyzed the deals using multiple resources including the Bigger Pockets calculators. At this point I really need someone who can schedule showings and make sure that my numbers (Rent comps, ARV, etc..) aren't completely off (I've double and triple checked them but it wouldn't hurt to have another set of eyes on them).
I'm a rookie but am well read, well prepared, and ready to go.
