Starting out on Long Island
Hello all,
I am starting out in the Real Estate Investment business. Like most, I am looking to one day replace my day job's income with RE passive income.
I am looking for deals on distressed properties to flip in Long Island area, preferably Valley Stream (I am familiar with the area). Please feel free to contact me with any leads, suggestions, and advice.
