I'm an investor from Israel, looking for investment opportunities.

I'll be in New York and Austin in the begging on December and would like to meet brokers\home owners that might have what im looking for.

I'm interested in single family or condos, under 120,000 USD, turnkey investments for cash flow.
im looking for at least 8% after expenses per year so please don't contact me if you offer less.
