First off, thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a member of the Armed Forces trying to begin the Real Estate investing journey to ease my transition from military to civilian life. I am an avid fly-fisherman with a guiding business, so my end game here is more passive income through rental properties and quicker deals through wholesaling. I have the time and money to get started now, but I lack the proper guidance. Anyone from the Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse markets have any wise words on Wholesaling? What are typical spreads on deals? ARVs on certain locations? I have a ton of general info questions I haven't been able to get clear answers too through books or podcasts. If anyone could give me a quick around the world, I would be more than appreciative. Thanks again!
