Orange County Recommendations

Hello all.

I should be closing on my first flip Friday "knocks on wood". I have experience back in CT but of course having moved to NY, am starting fresh. I am looking for some (sub)contractor recommendations. The house is in the city of Middletown and they have licensing requirements for some trades (plumbing & electrical at a minimum). I plan to do everything above board, so only looking for licensed and insured companies as required. The house isn't in terrible shape, but I will need some plumbing, HVAC (gas furnace) electrical, sheetrock finishing, granite/counters, possibly tile & painting (if I decide to not do it myself). If you would like to PM me any possible contacts instead of posting on here, that is fine by me!

Thanks in advance.
