Buyers Market? Devastating Economy?
With the economy at it's all time low and the stock market continuing to bail, is this the best time to buy and hold, or flip houses. The economy is predicted to get worst and with 20% of Americans predicted to be unemployed I really don't see how the world will look in the future. All businesses being shut down, the groceries stores are empty how will this impact the Real Estate market?
