Our Charlotte, NC Update, Next Steps, & Still Looking for Brainstorm Session, Projects & Reliable Contacts
Hi Ya'll!
Before visiting Charlotte last time, I wrote a post calling out to anyone with relationships that I could connect with to get started finding projects, which worked out very well ~ thank you!
In addition, we met with a few BP-ers, shared our story, and discovered there were amazing potential partnerships!
Inevitably, there were a few BP-ers I didn't have an opportunity to visit, but guess what? I'm coming back next week and I WANT TO MEET WITH YOU!
A quick update - I am still looking for:
- Awesome boots-on-ground partners because I live in Atlanta,
- Proven, reliable hard money lenders,
- BIGGER real estate projects to purchase (SFR new construction, land for condo/townhome developments, etc).
My business partner and I expect to be in town either Tuesday or Wednesday the week of August 3.
PM me and once we finalize a day, we'll figure out the best time all of us can meet to talk deals, JV partnerships, and whatever else comes to mind!
