HI @Dwayne George. I've decided to focus on flipping/rentals myself instead of wholesaling. I do come across good deals from wholesalers in the REIs that I am a member of. So, I will keep you in. I know right now there are a lot of properties in Gastonia that are getting snatched up for flip/hold for rentals. Are you interested in retail flips or rentals in those areas?
