Hi BiggerPockets,

I am doing some research on “flipping” and “buy and hold” properties in Charlotte, NC.  I am looking to create a list of contractors to use as my rehab team.  Any advice or recommendations regarding good general contractors, turn-key (specialty) contractors, and or handymen would be greatly appreciated.
