I have acquired a rental property in Charlotte area that needs some TLC. Looking for inputs on where to acquire materials and also in search for good reliable contractors.

This property needs flooring, painting, kitchen remodeling (Cabinets, counter tops), fixtures etc.

Hey Kiran, congratulations on taking your first step in investing!  I recommend JR French with 360 contractor service. And @Kevin Stringari is a great resource as well!
