Hey guys, I am looking for an investor-friendly closing attorney. I have a deal in Wilmington, NC.
Preferably someone who is experienced with contract assignments as I will be wholesaling this deal.

Collins & Collins is another one that some investors use when buying from wholesalers here, but I haven’t used them yet.
