CPA: Cleveland or Local?

I'm an investor in Cleveland, but am from the SF Bay area. When looking for a CPA, should it be someone local to me (Bay area) or where my property is? Or does it not even matter where they are in the US?

Either way - anyone have a recommendation for a stellar CPA who is familiar with rental property investing?
