Hey everyone I’m trying to buy my second rental in Ohio this time it’s multi family property in mount pleasant zip code 44120 any thoughts of the area? Is it good to buy rental there

For the most part in Ohio, Cleveland as a whole will offer really good cash flow, but not much appreciation at all. Whereas Columbus will offer good cash flow' as well as good appreciation. Just something to think about when deciding to invest in Ohio. Just depends on what your goal is for that rental.
