Harrisburg Property Managers

Central PA folks: does anybody have a good property manager that they would recommend for Harrisburg? I'm looking at a 6 unit building in Uptown and want to line up a good manager before putting in an offer.

I am an ex Lehman customer, and I walked away from them. My current PM does a much better job, however he doesn't accept new clients because of health reasons. In fact, I am looking for a new one :(
