Sponsoring Broker in Delaware County Pennsylvania
I just passed my PA state and national real estate exam. I’m now looking for a sponsoring broker to hang my license under in Delaware County. I am looking to invest in rental properties. I acquired my license to increase my knowledge about real estate before I start to invest in the field. I also want to retain the commission when purchasing property. I need a broker that understands and supports the fact that I have a full time career and am looking to acquire rental property. Does anyone have any suggestions on a brokerage that works with agents who are looking to purchase and hold rental property in Delaware County, PA? Please provide any advise you can think of!
