Just got under contract on a flip - the main issue is water in the basement.  Per the seller it's been persistent for years.

Looking for a reliable basement waterproofing company in the Central PA, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Hershey, York, Carlisle area.

I need someone who can walk me through all the troubleshooting and apply the best and most cost effective solutions.
