Property Managers in Philadelphia

Hello All, 

I am hoping to close on my first rental property in the Point Breeze area at the end of the month. I live in NYC for I am looking to use a reliable and honest Property Manager. I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on who the good ones are. I interviewed a couple of them and they all seemed good.  Here is the list

OFC Group

Has anyone used these firms in the past?
