Hello all, I am looking for recommendations for property managers in Philly. I utilized a property management search and was provided Del Val Realty and Property Management and Slatehouse Property Management.

If you have any feedback regarding these two, it would be appreciated and if you have any other recommendations, it would be appreciated.

Absolutely DO NOT use Del Val. Terrible experiences with them.
