Real Estate Agents and Brokers

I am 16 looking into getting my real estate license in PENNSYLVANIA when I turn 18, I used to do social media marketing so I understand advertising and websites very well. Should I hang my license with a large broker, or smaller broker since my advertising skills would be good without training from large brokers. How hard is it to join these almost 100% or 82/20 brokers in PA?
